We've had a problem with our internet connection this week which has unfortunately meant we haven't been able to answer emails to the helpline since Tuesday 😔 We're hoping to have access restored by Monday 4th September and be able to reply to messages then. In the meantime, our helpline will be open today until 2pm (0845 370 800, calls cost 9.6p per minute plus the phone company's access charge).
