I have an 8 year old daughter with encopresis. She had cancer aged 2 and as a result has never managed to poo in the loo. We've been working on this issue for 5 years and are at our wits end.
Totally fed up with dirty pants - can anyone recommend appropriate pads to protect her pants. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I feel your pain- I've been managing wetting and soiling since daughter was 2 - 8.5 now. When things bad / I need a break , I use x small sized ladies incontinence pads or disposable pants ( white).ive used Boots own brand. Cheaper are using nigh time pull-ups with best fit but more obvious for times when other kids can see. The kids trainer pants liners are very wide in gusset so uncomfortable for my daughter. I also by cheap pants when I see and bin if badly soiled .
I have an 8 year old that suffers with severe constipation and I use the Dry Like Me pads in his pants most supermarkets sell them or you can buy them in bulk on Amazon.
