My son on and of soiled the past few years recently he has been clean for a number of weeks. Although I had a call from the school nurse saying two teachers have come forward and said they can smell him. I haven't told his dad he just shouts and this distresses him I have just spoken to him and he doesn't want to talk. I am meeting with school nurse in a few days to discuss bothy youngest children because they both have the same problem.

Is the soiling due to constipation, only asking as my son is 7 with constipation and soils most days, as your other children have a similar problem is it something else like a food allergy triggering the soiling.
