I’m a fit, good looking dude with a nice dick…and I can’t get hard for the life of me. It’s disappointing, I feel like a huge failure, plus I don’t get to enjoy the things I want to enjoy and have worked hard to enjoy. Even taking cialis last night it just didn’t happen. I’m so nervous and have no confidence in myself sexually cuz this has been an issue since I went through puberty. What is the reason? What is wrong?? I’ve seen doctors and everything seems to be fine physically. I really hate it and it’s killing me slowly.

Can you give some more details. How old are you now? Do you ever manage to get hard? Such as when your masturbating on your own? Do you ever wake up with an erection? Or do you just never get hard?

36 now, been dealing with it for 20 years. I do manage to get hard just not in the situations I’d like to get hard in. It’s very difficult. Jacking off alone can even be difficult for me, I lose it really fast. Sometimes I wake up with one, about 30% of the time.

I completely understand, I'm 42 and have had these type issues for little while as well. I'm sorry to hear you have been dealing with it as long as you have. For me as soon as I think about it if it's not getting hard I get in my own head and it's about impossible to get up.

Have you had any luck with this since being a couple month old thread?

what dose did you take of cialis? Have you seen a urologist? Cialis works sometimes at 5 or 10!or 20 mega.

I take 60mg every time. My urologist oked that amount.

60 mg of cialis is triple the recommended dose. Hard to believe a urologist would prescribe that much. If you have not I would agree trying 100 mg of generic viagra. If not, trimix works well and I would ask your urologist. You may need a second opinion from another urologist.

Wow, you're absolutely right Robert. I can't believe a urologist has rubber stamped him taking 60mg cialis daily. 3 times the recommended dosage. That's so dangerous.

I used cialis for a couple of years and it stopped working. I switched to viagra (100mg?) and got immediate results. Take it on an empty stomach. I also have used the peptide pt-141 which results in erections without any stimulation. Do a reddit search. Good luck.

i agree with ‘see your urologist’….especially one who specializes in ED - male health. they can prescribe the pills, the tri-mix. they can also do a doppler of your penis to see if you have a leak (blood engorges penis, but doesn’t get trapped and flows back out).

They already did all that and it came back fine. I went to a specialist ED clinic for it too.

Wow I would stop taking that huge dose. 20mg is the daily maximum for cialis. Be careful!!

The question is, where does one get pt-141? I've had previous references to its efficacy, but I've not made any traction trying to get any of my medical team to prescribe it or recommend where to obtain it

I used to get it a MintRX but they can no longer send it to my state. I currently use Paradigm Peptides. You'll need to do some research on google or youtube to figure out dosage. Good luck.

It looks like MintRX does ship to my state, but they appear to have both an injectable and a nasal spray for PT-141. Not sure if they're equivalent in usage. Which did/do you use?

Injection. The nasal spray isn’t effective. You’ll have to get a script. I got mine using their online consultation. The shot is no big deal.

I’ve taken shots before and really dislike them. Makes my dick so sore/feel like it’s been hard for days. I’d like to avoid that as much as possible.

If you can get morning wood then you may be physiologically OK. You need to get a psychological evaluation for all your anxiety.

It’s kinda the only thing in my life I really have any anxiety about. What prompted my post in the first place was that I went to a 30+ person orgy and it was literally like a dream fantasy…and I just couldn’t get it up. Even interacting with those I was most attracted to. I have no problem with being naked around others, like in the locker room, or in general. But as soon as the situation turns sexual…panic. Why can’t I just be like most dudes and just get hard when I like something/someone. It’s disheartening for sure.

I don't know how I would deal, mentally, psychologically with an orgy. What about your relationship with your sexual partner? What kind of intimacy do you bring to the bed? Do you need to slow down and get close to the person you're with and let affection carry you through? Are you talking wham-bam sex only. I would suggest you visit a psychologist for about six months and work on your overall feelings and consciousness. I appreciate very much your situation.
