Does effect of Viagra diminish with time ? I started using Viagra about 30 years of age, for first 10 years were nice, and working for me. I am 50 years now, about 6 to 7 years ago I started experecing that Viagra was not effective. then I tries, Levitra and Staxyn, they worked initially, now the effect started to diminish now.
any help will be appreciated, I am also looking to see doctor, may be penile injection is the option now.

My experience mirrors your own. But that is just anecdotal. Certainly some drugs become less effective for some individuals through continued use, just look at all the messages here dealing with the cancer treatment drugs. But the rate of diminishing effectiveness seems highly individualized; that's why doctors keep monitoring us. When a couple of drugs were losing effectiveness for me I stopped and/or substituted a different one; then sometime later tried the original and found it effective again. Drug fatigue? How our bodies react and accommodate to drugs, particularly with continuous use, is very complex to begin with, then you add on the effects of ageing. As long as you and your doctor agree the drug is safe I think it wise to experiment. Each of these PDE5 drugs works in slightly different ways. Injections worked fine for me, but was disruptive mood killer for us. YMMV.
Likely that the natural aging process has a role in this as well. Even without medication, erections at 30 are naturally going to be stronger than at 50.
That is my experience too. Started at 50 and went to 100. Urologist said maybe 125. Started trimix and works for erection but can inhibit ejaculation. Now trying 100 sidenafil and 10 units of trimix. Seems to work well.
At 50 you don't need injection and he'll you don't need sex. Go find god instead and discover some spirituality. Don't take injection and make yourself ill
I don't know about Viagra, but after taking Cialis for several years, I started to develop all the side-effects -- headache, muscle ache, the whole 9 yards. I switched to Viagra after my prostatectomy, but it didn't seem to work that well.
I had a similar experience. Viagra worked great for about 20 years and then it stopped working so well. I don't know if I built up a tolerance or if I bought a weak, bogus batch of Viagra. Or maybe age is just catching up with me. But anyway, I switched to 15 mg of Cialis, and it turned me into a raging bull with a steel rod for 4 days. I feel like I got my manhood back. I also started taking 4000 mg of Arginine 1-2 hours before sex, and that seems to boost the effectiveness of the PDE5 drugs. I think that in some cases the Viagra may regain its potency if you lay off for 6 months or so and switch to another drug. Give the body time to recover fully if you have built up a tolerance.
