I'm a 65 year old who has successfully used fiagra for a couple of years but due to AF now on pradaxa blood thinner can I take viagra with pradaxa? (dabigatran)?

Viagra is safe withe Pradaxa but you still need to have decent cardiovascular health to use it. If your heart status is adequate for usaula mild to moderate activities and you do not have unusual low BP you should be OK. Use low doses to start 25 mg to test it out.
