Make sure you are hydrated. Start out with a small dose. Give it a shot (literally).
Yes, it does lower BP. All ED meds relax smooth muscle tissue and the heart is smooth muscle. I was able to tolerate the maximum dose well though.
Finally, I decided to switch to an internal pump. Very pleased.
