Thought I’d post this up here it might help some people. I spent four years suffering with what’s called hard flaccid pelvic pain also ED pain urinary dysfunction and lost all sensory connections with my groin
I fixed it by retraining the fascia and connective tissue in my hips and core section

I had what’s been termed hard flaccid where the pelvic floor is in a constant state of contraction leaving the penis in a ridged painful state complete loss of sensation erecticle dysfunction urinary dsyfunction pain texture changes sensory changes
I now think all groin problems are to do with the fascia and connective tissue in the hip (tight adductors, lower abs, hamstrings) all go very tight which pull the fascia in the penis tight. Fascia is the unknown tissue in the body that no doctor really understands yet but I think it the cause of all problems
That was a fascinating video. I have suffered from restless leg syndrome and nocturnal leg cramping that had been infuriating to try and relieve. I had read some years ago about how pickle juice is useful for relieving cramping. I have tried it and the relief is almost immediate. It tends to wear off after 4 hours or so. So, I eventually tried apple cider vinegar (no salt) diluted about 3:1 with water. That lasts all night. Viewing this video made me think of how it is the fascia around our muscles that can contract on their own without muscle involvement and cause pain. We have receptors in our mouths and elsewhere in our gut that sense acids. I think those sensors interact with the fibroblast cells to create more hyaluronic acid which is a lubricant and helps the fascia to slide. Fascinating subject.
