Cold and tummy ache

My son is 4. Diagnosed in Nov. Can getting cold and tummy ache be signs of fit. He doesn't seizure. But has been complaining daily of getting cold and tummy ache. Mornings usually after meds and evening before bed.

Epilepsy has many manifestations but cold and tummy ache is new to us. It would be best to have him assessed by a medical doctor and (if necessary) referred to a neurologist.
