anyone else experience this? I've noticed over the past few years that I'm having more and more episodes where something that wouldn't normally get me angry, gets me angry and there are triggers that bring a red mist and I can lose it completely.
How do you deal with it, I'm know what triggers me most but can't always avoid them.

I ended up having actual psychotic episodes and had to stop Keppra completely. This is a known occurrence, but since I can only tell you that I experienced it too, I would suggest talking to your neurologist about it. Wishing you all the best!
My son was on it for years, no rage but have heard many people do have rage. This is kind of an odd thing. He had horrible horrible acne and nothing seemed to help with it but when he went off keppra the acne went away. It was strange.
I have been taking Keppra for 10 years. I have not experienced any angry episodes to date, in fact quite the opposite, I think it has helped calm me down. I have been more tolerant of Keppra than other anti-epilepsy medication I have taken, although I am getting skin problems now, but I have also started taking Lacosamide recently. It's trial and error to get medication right, mild side effects can be tolerated, but not ones that make you unhappy. Best wishes
I take keppra but no rage, I have been taking for over 10yrs and was advised it would be good because it lessened flashing lights...I take it with sodium valporate/epilim...
