Vimpat and side effects?

I was on Fycompa and Lamictal for F.M.Epilepsy, I was taken off both in pretty quick successession, in the end of 2018, beginning of 2019, a bumpy ride, but my specialist was more worried about the Briviact, being that it was a newer product in the field, BUT what are the side effects of Vimpat? I have had epilepsy for fifty years, the mixture of Vimpat 400 mg and Briviact 125mg seems to work, one seizure since April 2018 [circa 400 + seizures in 50 years] even that one seizure was caused via outside factors? In that time I am naturally cautious so I have ALWAYS got to check on the runners, there are ALWAYS reasons no matter how obscure whereby I might have to stop this seemingly good 'mixture'! Briviact and Vimpat are both new to my system, hopefully done the 'spadework' on the Briviact, but Vimpat?

The list isn’t very long and is possibly what you know already. But from what you say, the positives are outweighing the negatives. So I hope that continues for you.

Every lab rat has a different medication, sure my mixture has side effects, bad ET for example but MUCH better than Fycompa and Lamictal, with 50 years of Epilepsy there will be no cure, but making the best of the alternatives, at this time it is Briviact and Vimpat? Thanks for your help!
