Cerazette is a contraceptive pill I believe, so there would be no lasting issues with her periods if she stops taking it. She may need to stay on it though, as having unregulated periods causes more pain and often causes the endo to spread.

Has she been properly diagnosed with a laparoscopy, or do they just suspect it's endo at this point?

Take care

It's true that certain contraceptive pills help with the pain of endo as they lighten periods etc & sometimes you can not leave the 7 day gap. However, the only way to truely diagnose it is to have a laparoscopy - not ideal I know and NHS are often slow to refer people for this costly and invasive op.
