Hi there, welcome to the site, its a good place to come and ask questions and get advice. Just bear in mind everyone is different and different things work for different people so try to read a mixed view on things, most of us have our own horror stories but we also have experience of things that helped and worked for us as individuals.

It sounds like you're certainly going through it. Was endo confirmed via a laparoscopy? I found that the hormone injections helped me with managing the pain. I had zoladex and it took a few months to settle in. Are you having monthly injections?

I have a friend who has two wombs and she got pregnant in both 3 weeks apart! :o

Firstly, what is your diet like as being underweight can cause periods to disappear. Saying that though the injections will stop your periods, that's the idea. You have no need to feel embarrassed here, all us ladies know how nasty it makes you feel.

I've tried the mirena coil, the contraceptive injection, the pop pill and a pill called norethisterone. Norethisterone was the only thing that helped, everything else made me bleed constantly! Unfortunately I've had to stop all hormonal treatment due to another condition I have being made worse by it. Now I'm back to square one again :(

What symptoms do you get with the endo? xx

hello again girls.. thankyou for the responses. yes has been confirmed through lap.. by diet etc is quite good. i was having monthly injections but now every 12 weeks bit thwy really dont work. im normally doubled over in pain due to the stomach aches. oh god missteal don't say that!! i get really bad bloating of the stomach, stabbing pains. dull aches. etc etc. havr you heard of something called anmetriosis or something like thay? its meant to be linked to endo and my mum thinks i should be tested for it aswell?xx

adenomyosis is like endometriosis, same type of cells really, only it doesn't grow on everything else outside of the uterus, just unside the thick walls of the womb.

There is an adenomyosis (called adeno for short on this forum) website somewhere which one of the ladies on this forum set up as she has it. Oh crumbs I can't find the link, will post it when I find it.
