insomnia...

Hey.

Is anyone suffering from bad insomnia and know of any solutions?

I am so tired but have a period of a week or 2 where I wake in the night and struggle to get back off and I wake to every tiny sound and movement. I struggle to sleep next to my partner now as if he moves, I'm awake. This makes my rattiness and tiredness so much worse and I tend to have more tearful outbreaks during these times.

I also have bloating that can be bigger than my size B/C breasts (fluctuates greatly during period) which stops me front doing my trousers up. This discomfort also effects my sleep.

I used to struggle to sleep during my period but that was usually cause i woke in agony and it would take ages for painkillers to work. I would get symptoms 1-2weeks before my period was due which was so difficult as if ur not getting a proper sleep u dont feel great the next day. I remember going to a ladies gym and would get weighed and measured every for weeks but it was always working out when my period was due or there, my boobs would have an extra inch and a half added and my waist also, so had to change my measure times lol. xx
