Benign Intercranial hypertension....

Am wondering if anyone else has suffered with this. I had my ovary removed 30th Oct and discovered endo, including a cluster and my womb stuck to my bowel. From the Friday after my op, I started with headaches, stiff neck and blurred vision. Having experienced migraines when my period was due, I put it down to this, my doctor also told me to let things settle down. Thanks to my optician I have been diagnosed with the above and waiting to see a neurologist. The condition is common in women between 30-40, of child bearing age which makes me think it is hormone related. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi

I have this, I was diagnosed in 2008 and long before i knew i had endo, like you it was picked up by my optician! There is definitely a hormonal link but nothing definite is known. I have been through the mill with it and I won't lie, it's not nice and in my view its effect on life etc is equal to endo. If you want a chat, have any questions etc message me xxx
