IUI after laparoscopy

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone has had a lap and dye and then had an iui. If so how long after the lap did this happen as my gynaecologist has only spoken about ivf and not iui. Thank u xx

My consultant said that iui might not be the best consideration as I don't ovulate and if I went for medicated iui it's likely to aggravate the endo with little chance of success. I think that sometimes they have to weigh up the risk of aggravating the endo against the chances of successful pregnancy and consider and other issues you may have; that's why a lot of endo ladies go straight to ivf/icsi and bypass clomid and iui.

Aww thank u for your reply. I am ovulating so sure whether I do have the iui. I guess I'll just have to wait until lap. Thank u so much, it is hard xx
