taking the pill with zoladex/prostap??

Hi ladies,

Quick question. Has anybody else been told to keep taking their pill with their injection? My consultant said that if I keep taking it, it should act as HRT and counteract any side-effects. Well I can tell you the side-effects hit me like a ton of bricks! My first injection was the Zoladex implant but now that my consultant has retired I've been placed back into NHS care, and subsequently changed to Prostap. I'm just wondering if this information sounds right to anyone else? I'm on Microgynon by the way. Any info would be great!! Thankyou! xx

yes i took the pill with zoladex and i was fine i wasn't on the same pill as you though i was on cerezette
