Hi I have no idea to the pains but your the first person I've found with pcos and endo. How are you coping? I've had pcos since being 13 but only just had my first laps for endo. Kinda feel like I'm stuck in a catch 22 as I've always been on the pill for the eostrogen but I've heard it can make endo worse. Heads in a pickle any advice on coping with the two would be great xx
Hi butterfly1
My endo pain always gets worse when i am stressed or run down and like FoolzKitten said if i am not eating well. I think this is mainly because i have a lot of growth on my bowel too though.
As horrid as it is i think stress does definitely make it worse
take care x
I was told in the hospital that stress can indeed make pain worse, but also pain can give stress (you can't win, can you?). But stress is not causing pain, it just makes it worse.
Hi sarabobs,it took them 4 years to diagnose me with pcos, i have just come out from hospital and had both my ovaires drilled to help with the pain and to release eggs, been trying for a baby for 3 years no luck so far. Good days and bad days. I know lossing weight is hard, but i have lost over a stone and trust me its so much easier, i am now having regular periods and more engery. Are you on an medication for the pcos. Thanks foolzkitten, heatherrec and wendji22 i am glad i am not alone just wish we lived in a stress free world might be a bit easier to live with thanks for the lovely messages. xx
