(please reply to this post if u would like to join)
hello everyone,
I, like many others on here, have been struggling a lot since my diagnosis and surgery back in September and I’ve had an idea.
Putting the idea out there before I start planning anything, would anyone be interested in joining a zoom support group for endo ? Could be weekly or even once a month. I was planning on having discussions and sharing stories, also maybe sessions where people who are booking in for surgery hearing advice ? It won’t be medical as I am not medically trained - it is just for mental health support and talking/sharing struggles.
Please lemme kno if you’d be interested ? we could get a group together to zoom and discuss ideas even. Drop me a message or reply on this thread ! Xx

Hi, I really would be interested to join you there’s nothing in my local area ❤️I am just working my notice within Mind the mental health charity and my role there was running support groups and 1:1 work. I have never joined a group for myself though which would be wonderful 🙂
Yes ok great ! I’m not sure if anyone is seeing this post and not wanting to join a group or it’s not being circulated, but I’m 100% down to start organising it
ooh perfect, it’s always difficult getting the word out there but I’m sure there will be more interest over time 🙂I’d be so pleased to talk to someone else with their own experience ( although I wish none of us had to suffer with it ).
I am interested as the local endo uk group in my area stopped doing support groups years ago and though they keep trying to organise them, they never happen. Thank you for thinking of doing this and offering to organise it. Would be great to speak to people who understand the pain and discomfort! MooMoo01 I also work for a local Mind running support groups and doing 1-1 work. What a coincidence?!
