Painful Bloat!

During the middle of my cycle I always seem to get extremely painful endo bloat! To the point where I can't sleep a wink due to the discomfort and feeling very sick.

Can anyone relate? Anyone have any tips to relieve the bloat, all I'm taking at the moment is paracetamol and hugging a hot water bottle.

Hiya, I get the same thing at several points in my cycle. I use a heated wheat pad on it but I also massage my belly or get my partner too as I find it helps release the tension a lot! I basically rub my belly with pressure in a clockwise or downwards direction for like 10/15mins. Hope this helps a bit

Thank you George, I might invest in a heated wheat pad as hot water bottles don't hug your stomach as much.

Hey! I am so sorry you are going through this. I experience this too and can relate it can be really painful you can't even move. Other than what you are doing. What has help also is drinking hot water with a couple drop of oil of peppermint (not peppermint oil!!) u can get this at the health shops or holland and Barretts. Hope this helps xx
