so frustrated went to my surgery slot. Had blood pressure and urine taken. Then to be told that it has been cancelled and have to wait for another date 😡

This happened to me too! Was on the ward all gowned up all day then told it was cancelled due to complications with the patient before me. I was upset and anxious too as didn't know how long I would be waiting but I got a phone call quickly (think it was only a few days) to Rebook my surgery. I think it was only 1-2 weeks after my initial surgery date. So hopefully you hear back real soon, you should be priority for booking x

So sorry to hear this I can only imagine how upsetting that would be.I would advise to keep calling up and asking if there is another slot or a cancellation. Keep vocal.
