hello has this sort of bloat happened to anyone else? I get it alot but I don’t know if it is because my rectum and uterus are connected together but it’s so so painful constantly!

I have this but I have a cyst in my ovary so I always presume that it’s linked with that and I only have one ovary left🤍
I get this more recently. I’ve also been told they’re stuck together- I can only imagine there’s a link ? X
