I'm not sure if I have sciatic endo.I have back pain and stiffness but my worst symptom is deep ache in the buttocks and when I sit my buttocks ache like crazy and all the nerves start to burn.

I've had 4 mris which have shown nothing structure wrong.

Could this be endo?

I also have irregular periods, massive clots, constipation or diarreha.

Opinions?

I thought I had sciatic endo.. but it seems now that its more that my insides are a bit stuck together with the adhesions... latest thought is that my ovary (with the large endometrioma.. so it gets quite big when I ovulate) is stuck to my sigmoid colon.. which causes horrible IBS type symptoms, and also this feeling of being impaled through my lower left side and butt with gnawing lower back pain sometimes as well.. ive been working with a lady called Louise collyer (google her) and the Chinese meds she's prescribed have helped some.. cutting gluten from my diet has really helped as well.

Have you not been to see a specialist gyno? Have you had a lap?

I had 4 failed rounds of IVF last year... followed by a stage 4 endo diagnosis in October. My only option fertility wise was to go away and 'try' and hope for the best with only a 5 % chance of success... then surgery. 3- 4 months after, realising a miracle wouldn't happen and with my symptoms getting worse.. I started working with a fertility acupuncturist who is part of a fertility network but they seem to have a lot of focus on endo. Since working with them, I've found out I had a microbiome imbalance that needed anti biotics (which would have caused complications had i got pregnant), they've had my tubes tested (which the ivf and gynos never did), they've massively improved my bowel endo symptoms and my cycle is starting to become more stable. Plus pain is far reduced. I've also been working with a visceral osteopath who has been trying to ease my stuck together organs apart.

I've made the decision to stay as far away from western medicine on this for as long as possible. I'm not normally into this stuff at all - but the non commital nonsense I've heard over the past year from NHS and private doctors.. as well as the horror stories on here.. made me think it was worth a try before allowing myself to be butchered.

That is fair enough. You've got to do what's best for you. I hate western medicine to but I've tried everything else and it hadn't worked and I need the pain to stop now. Its 24/7
