Hi! I have just been diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia which is apparently common with endo. Does anyone else have it? Have you found a medication that helps? Thanks x

I have amitriptyline to help with this nerve pain and it has made a difference although it does take 4-6 weeks to starting working. It also has helped me sleep better too which is always a bonus x

Hi, though not formally diagnosed as Pudendal nueralgia I do have the symptoms (especially what I like to refer to as lightening butt 😄 ) and also have vulvodynia (diagnosed) which I take amitriptyline for - its an antidepressant but can be used in lower doses to treat nerve pain. Some people get on better with it than others. There's also nortriptyline which some people find a better option in terms of side effects x

Hi, I have this too and supported with pelvic physio acupuncture and dry needling, I find it really helps symptoms although doesn’t stop them completely but I couldn’t get on with any medications I tried and side effects
