Apps for tracking endo pain

Hi, does anyone know of any apps that I can use to track when my symptoms are and what the symptoms are as I am struggling with period tracking apps as I don't have periods due to contraception but still have bad flare ups that I need to manage?

I have also noticed that my flare ups tend to get more severe at night time and I was curious as to whether anyone else experiences this also?

I use the Lucy app, which is for endo. I also don’t get periods, so I find it useful to look for patterns!
