Please would you share any fertility tips for conceiving?
My husband and I can now have full intercourse for the first time since meeting 7 years ago (thank you to the recommendations of Yes Yes lubrication and OhNut) but we've not been able to get pregnant yet.
Are there any fertility trackers you would recommend and/or tips for getting pregnant?
I'm so so grateful to all the responses I've received on here, they've actually been life changing. Thank you for ANY comments, much respect and gratitude x

If deeper penetration still an issue and you have to use lots of lube then you might find using TwoPlus Fertility applicator extra device (or similar home insemination device) on your most fertile days (tracking with ovulation testing) helpful as it’ll get sperm right onto cervix and you can use less lube (which while essential for pain free sex when you have endo isn’t great for sperm). If you’ve been trying for a while there’s a lot to be said for keeping fun spontaneous sex separate to the baby making sometimes - it can get a bit pressured around ovulation testing etc
During fertile window I switch to Babystart lube from my usual yes organic too, it’s still quite hypoallergenic and paraben free and hasn’t caused me issues.
I use easy@home ovulation strips which are cheap for daily or even twice daily testing along with premom app. I then use the clearblue 2 day ovulation kit (the one that only gives static smiley face) to confirm LH surge when the easy@home ones get darker.
Technically advice is to just ensure you are having sex regularly but it isn’t always achievable with jobs etc and we rather know we’ve covered the crucial fertile days well.
If you’ve been trying more than 6 months you should seek referral to a fertility clinic (the timescale to wait until you can be referred is less if you have a known condition affecting fertility so you don’t need to wait 12 months).
