still unsure about hysterectomy, been waiting over 1 year for op date, and taken a year to see consultant for a discussion

Was diagnosed with deep filtrating endometriosis and adenomyosis in 2019 following an MRI, and I am now awaiting a laporoscopy (been waiting over a year) and want to be under anaesthetic for that experience. Having a mirena coil was a positive thing for me, as stopped alot of the pain and heaviness of bleeding, though it is due to be replaced (every 5 years). I am willing to take a hysterectomy if they decide that is required (after laporoscopy). Seeing my consultant in march.. but the treatment has been very slow in my case... waiting a year at a time to see someone. Been waiting a laporoscopy date for sometime now, and still not sure if they are planning to remove adhesions, or will go for hysterectomy, I just want them to do all that is required in one op if possible. I know that my ovaries, bowel, and bladder has adhesions, and possibly other organs. I am concerned that if i have a hysterectomy it will start an early menopause, and I've been told that I cant receive HRT due to having endometriosis, as it feeds endometriosis and makes it grow more. Worried as to how i will cope emotionally without the right hormones to manage.

Any advice will be appreciated right now. Trying to prepare some questions for my consultant appointment in March.

Yes they picked it up initially on an ultrasound, and then did an MRI to diagnose further . I remember it took about 3 months for my coil to settle, and yes got loads of that brown discharge at first, but that does stop eventually...and you wont get such heavy, painful and bloating periods anymore.
