I just wanted to share this . It’s a YouTuber called Yoga with Joy . She has a whole series of gentle yoga specifically for post hysterectomy/post abdominal surgery recovery. I have found it helpful and it’s good that it’s very specific.

Anyway just wanted to share.

I’ll put one link here but she has lots from week 1-12 of recovery building up.

Seconded! Her videos kept me sane post-laparoscopy, when I couldn’t do much exercise but wanted to start gently building up strength again!
