First gyno appointment
Hi Angel, sorry you are feeling down. Remember, you are an adult now and nobody can make you do anything you don't want to. You're in control of your life and your health and your body. If it turns out you have endometriosis, it's not the worst thing in the world. There are lots of things that you can do to control the discomfort and other symptoms.
If you don't want to go onto the pill, don't. It's your choice. There are other things you can do to minimize symptoms. If you do want to go on the pill, embrace it and look forward to it helping you feel better.
I know exactly how your feel. You want answers you want things better.
Endo is a longterm disease. Some say autoimmune. If you have other autoimmune issues like allergy etc. like with me more inflammation, very extended waist area and extreme pain. It's not a 100% but having some tests might show it, perhaps CT Scan, even a Keyhole Surgery. There are several illnesses that can cause these effects like IBS, Crohn's disease, Cysts on Ovaries. The reason I mention these is because about a week before a period the hormone levels change, many women get huge bowel function changes this also can give terrible pain.
