I am losing hope

Cyst reduce by 1cm rt ovary but left ovary did not reduce and I stopped medication already(Zoladex 3.6mg) 3 doses . I am adding weight, my body is always heavy. My stomach getter bigger at anything I eat.. married no kids. My ovary cyst is multiloculated 5.5m rt, 5.4 m left . I am worried. Can I get pregnant. Does turmeric and ginger works..

I saw the gynecologist, already taken 3 doses of Zoladex 3.5 mg, now am seeing my period
