Endometrial hyperplasia + Pregnancy

hi all

I was diagnosed with Endometrial hyperplasia recently.

I was offered to get IUD as a form of treatment.

the issue is i want to have another child.

my question is has anyone had similar diagnosis and managed to get pregnant without treatment

Please advise
