Frozen pelvis and IVF

Hi All , I have stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis & I had laproscopy surgery in 2021 for removal of endo & a cyst . I'm trying to conceive and recently got an MRI done and the Dr said I have frozen pelvis .I'm planning to go for IVF treatment after the surgery but I'm feeling very stressed about my surgery and IVF. I've read online that frozen pelvis surgery takes 6hours of time and it's very complicated surgery. Did anyone have any successful pregnancy stories after frozen pelvis surgery and IVF . How much time will it take to recover from Frozen pelvis surgery??? Is robotic excision surgery the best option to treat frozen pelvis or normal laproscopy is also fine ???

Sorry for the long message .
