yes, I had an occ health referral and they made suitable adjustments. So currently I wfh constantly, they sent me a desk chair to help with posture and comfort, along with a footrest and they also offered me a desk too (it was too big so I couldn’t have it) they also sent me a wireless headset so I can get up and move which helps as if I’m stationary too long I get very sore. They also allow for longer comfort breaks too. It’s definitely worth it :)

Thank you for your reply! I really had no idea what to expect. I hope mine will be similar!

You’re welcome ☺️ glad I could help! Endo is a severe long term condition so most companies apply disability status to it as it lasts longer than 12 months so they have to do occ health referral x

Ah ok thank you I didn’t know that. Honestly I feel like sometimes is this just all in my head, everything feels so difficult to explain it just makes you feel like giving up! X

I work in a bank. I have a 15 min break between my appointments to allow for toilet breaks.

when I was on zoladex I was incredibly tired and my workplace allowed me to start an hour later in the morning. I did stay an hour later at the end of the day but it did help as I felt I was very foggy headed and couldn’t concentrate first thing in the morning.
