Enlarged Spleen

I have had endo for 25 years but only diagnosed within the last 7 years. I've had one laparoscopy to remove endo (1st one) and one diagnostic recently that identified ovaries, uterus and bowel are fused. I have deep infiltrating endo in the rectovaginal area and possibly in my womb. I am awaiting colorectal appointments to have consultations on my options for joint surgery.

As a side note from my recent MRI, my spleen is enlarged to 18cm and I wondered if anyone else had this caused by endo?
