Has anybody got endometriosis/adhesions on the small bowel?

And or thickening of the uterus & ligaments?

What was the next steps? would that mean I would need bowel surgery also?

What happened when it comes to surgery when this is on the small bowel?

What stage is it when it gets to bowel & ligaments behind cervix-my uterus has been pulled backwards??. My small bowel is also attached to the back of my uterus.

I wonder whether this time they will refer me to a specialist endometriosis clinic

So sorry for all the questions im just lost.

This is rectovaginal endo and must only be treated in a specialist endo centre. Are you in England?

Then in England it is a legal requirement that you are referred to a specialist endo centre when deep endo shows on scans.

It may be. Classic stage 4 is when the pouch of Douglas in full of fibrosis (obliterated) with an ovary (usually the lef) drawn in and affected by dense adhesion. But any rectovarginal endo is classed as severe for treatment purposes. The definition of what constitutes 'severe' is in the NHS England treatment specification, linked below:

Will pm you with more info.

if it is deep infiltrating it usually means it’s severe. You may need an MDT by sounds of it for the surgery. Best of luck
