Continuously pain

Please help me as the pain is getting more worse day by day,one year of surgery now and I am in pain every single day and time, vaginal pain,pain in bottom oh please any cure for this or any relief of pain for some minutes,at night I can't wear anything with the pain have to sleep without clothes as lying gives me more heat and pressure on my bottom very painful, anyone else suffering like me here who can share any ideas for relief 🙏 begging, swelling on feets and legs made my life more worse , using a stick to walk.pls just for few minutes relief what should I do??

I'm so sorry to hear about your struggle. I guess you have already talked with your doctor/surgeon about this? If not it might be worth trying to get their opinion on what it going on, so relatively soon after your last surgery.

Alternatively, it might be worth seeking out a physiotherapist specializing in endo? It could be adhesions from the surgery and a physiotherapist could help provide you with some exercises that can make the adhesions more flexible and therefore less painful.

Lastly, you could look into alternative medicine. I personally started my alternative treatment journey with inspiration from the book called 'Heal Endometriosis Naturally: WITHOUT Painkillers, Drugs, or Surgery' by Wendy K Laidlaw. And I have since seen a naturopath and a dietician that have helped me find supplements and make changes to my diet that have helped me become pain-free. I have also added yoga and meditation to my routine, as I have participated in a study that were looking into the benefits of both in relation to managing endo-pain and it has shown promising results, so I'm sticking with it
