Hi! I had a laparoscopic drainage of large endometrioma in March and after just over 3 months, it’s grown back again to 7 cm, so my consultant suggested that I started taking Dienogest 2mg daily, as there’s a chance that the endometrioma might shrink. Anyone here with a positive outcome regarding large cyst reduction after taking this medication? Thank you!

Before I start waffling ive never had an endometrioma only suspected due to my located pain symptoms. What I will say is I started dienogest with severe bowel endo and it worked for months it did take 4 months to work be patient. But I do feel as though my disease has progressed and I am listed for surgery and my gp is trying to get them to get it done sooner. So I am now die for my first zoladex injection next Week and hrt at 22 years old which isn't ideal. I'm still awaiting a date for surgery. Anything I can help with dienogest I can it was helpful but like most hormone treatments I've tried they flake out lol
