I have been dealing with Endo since the age of 11, lm now 42. I am still struggling with uncontrolled pain. I am currently waiting for excision surgery & meanwhile l have been offered Letrozole. Has anyone got any experience with this treatment for endometriosis? What can l expect? I have to admit l am really worried about how this will effect me as l have deep infiltrating endo which is terribly flared by hormonal treatments.
