I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year, had a laproscopy and they removed a large endometrial cyst, removed all the endometriosis they could find and fitted a marina coil.
I'm having the same pain in the side the cyst used to be, a throbbing sharp pain, comes and goes and gets worse if I exercise. Does anyone else have the same localised pain with there endometriosis? Has anyone found any exercise that helps?
Thank you

I don't want to leave you with no answers here and exercise is something I've come across. On YouTube there's a lady that does videos for endometriosis exercises. There's alot of lying on your back and bringing legs in alternate directions (to tease adhesions from the organs and abdominal lining) she brings one knee to her tummy and hugs it and rolls on the basis the quads are massive strong muscles to break adhesions. She does an insane exercise where she ends up with one knee up by her ear with the other leg still down on floor...
And then there's a squat that isn't good for knees but it's really nice for relaxing your tummy. It's all for pulling adhesions and ripping adhesions and making more space.
Personally I use a theragun on sore patches because I find I can't walk for ages after most of these exercises even though some of them feels great at the time. I feel like my endo is punishing me for feeling better. My gym coach is concerned about how little flexibility I've got around my pelvis.
