4 months post surgery problems

In December I had a laproscopy where they found endometriosis, they removed one patch and left one because it was too dangerous to remove. Ever since the surgery I'm having random urinary leakage. Only very small amounts and usually when I'm not exerting e.g I'll be sat watching TV and realise I've leaked. The gynacologist laughed when I asked and said it couldn't be the surgery. I've had a pelvic floor physio for an unrelated issue and my pelvic floor is good so it doesn't seem related to this. My gp thinks it's from the surgery.I wondered if anyone else has had a similar issue? Did it sort itself out?

I'm also finding it's still painful at the incision points, there's a sharp pain beneath one and a sort of dull throbbing on the other side. Oddly my belly button incision that was the biggest and got infected has been fine! Does this just take time to heal?

Sorry for the ramble!
