got my mri results and had a lap in november 2022 where endo nodule was found on the utersacral ligament and superficial endo in left side of POD. Had a mri and it shows fibrotic adhesion between the uterus and sigmoid right side and left ovary could be adherent to uterus. However it states at the end of report no active endo seen

Simply, yes could be both, but they can also be caused by a previous infection or inflammation in that area.
