Does endometriosis cause unintential weight loss? Was diagnosed of endometriosis two years ago after series of tests that ruled out other suspicions. I want to gain weight because I look so lean. Though I have been on a vegan diet to control symptoms. Anyone with such issues? What I read about mostly is weight gain caused by endo. Thanks in anticipation of your responses.
