pain at night
No advice but complete understanding and sympathy. I have a tumour on my ovary and it's always bad at night. So much so that I take mefanamic acid and paracetamol just before bed and a heat pad to help drop off.
My best guess is that the extra "weight" pulls on my body muscle all day and by evening it's had enough!
Night time was the worst time for me right up until surgery. I think it was being in the same position with cysts. I would take naproxen two hrs before bed and then cocodimol before I went to bed and bought myself an electric heat pad, I would wake up when it turned off but it helped me get 2hrs of sleep at a time at least, then I would wake up and put the heat pad back on.
Yes! 100% I have bilateral endometriomas. Due to get them removed soon. I find back sleeping and sometimes putting a pillow under my thighs reduces the tension a bit. Hope you find relief, so much fun 🙄😊x
