ive been on the pill most of my life, never particularly experienced spotting or problems
diagnosed stage 4 endo sept 2022 and during that time was agreed with consultant ( as did t want surgery) just to take pill Back to back, which has helped with the majority of the severe pain.
however last few days ive experienced continuous 3-4 days of period pain which ive not had and then spotting with it which is rare for me
has anyone experienced this? Is this ‘normal’ with endo? Should it be something to monitor? Just questioning before i ask the gyne

I was very regular with my periods until a few years ago. I had never tried any hormonal treatments but was spotting almost daily and my periods became more frequent along with other symptoms which I ignored i.e. sharp needle like pain in vagina & rectum, pain during sex, pain when voiding, bleeding from rectum etc.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis (now stage 4) & adenomyosis after an MRI. So, please speak to someone about your symptoms, no matter how small. Also, take notes.
Hi, I'm not saying I have answers, just saying I'm in the same boat. I've been taking the pill back to back for 9 weeks before having a break and this time before my pill time was up my period started, but it's more than just spotting. It's the heaviest it's even been. I'll end up calling a doctor at the end of the week. Sorry I can't give you any answers, but you're not alone.
