Good Afternoon all, I had an MRI back in November last year and also a laparoscopy the begining of last year and I've just received my results... I have endometriosis in lots of places including in my bladder, behind the cervix, in the uterus, endometriomas in both ovaries and something called adenomyosis. I received a leaflet which states 'advanced surgical treatment'. I have a follow up in March to discuss options but im getting quite worried. I don't really want a hysterectomy yet as I haven't had children. What are the other surgical options about? Has anybody had removal of endometriosis tissues or ablation or anything like that? I'm in pain so much even with the Mirena Coil. Thank you for taking your time to read this

Was this done in general gynaecology or in a specialist endo centre as that is the only place that advanced surgical treatment can be done, and where in the UK are you as referral pathways vary? x
