Pain relief for bowel endo?

Hi guys, I'm 5 years since my last lap - where they found extensive endo around pouch of Douglas. Since then I've had a baby and been on the minipill, but as predicted the endo symptoms are getting worse and worse again. The minipill does help a bit, I also take buscopan for the pelvic pain and sometimes codeine too, but having a very difficult time with bowel related pain specifically. It's the old 'red hot poker' up the bum sensation. It's driving me up the wall, and nothing seems to help it at all. Does anyone have any tips of anything that can help? I do have regular bowel movements and am already gluten and dairy free. Thanks!
