Endometriosis and tooth problems

Hello, I was diagnosed with endo in 2012 and I've had 4 laposcopys, a mirena coil fitted and removal of my left tube and ovary. Since then I've been put on 3 rounds of decapeptyl injections each month, (9 months on and 6 months off) over 4 years and I was only given HRT for my last round of the injections.

I've been trying to do some research, as over the past couple of months I've been back and forth to the dentist due to problems. I'm mainly on a sugar free/gluten free/not so fun diet, as part of a plan devised by a acupuncturist that specialises in Endo and Menopause as part of the pain management etc.

My teeth have always been in good condition and I'm worried the decapeptyl injections over the years have done some damage to them. Has anybody had any experience with Endometriosis and dental issues? I could really do with any information as my dentist doesn't really know much about Endo or the decapeptyl injections.
