yeah I saw this too. I also found this publication recently. Bit more complex but interesting that they’re finding similarities with how the endo moves around the body and that the gene expression resembles that of cancer. The joys of endo eh?! ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

Some of the medical jargon was above my understanding but interesting article. 💜

Im not sure about retrograde theory. The reason being if 90% women have it then wh to 10% develop endometriosis and the other 80% don't. With my limited medical knowledge. 🤔
