Hi All
Does anyone else get restless legs with their endo? I'm on a 6 week wait for a gp appointment to discuss this so thought I would check if anyone else has this symptom. I have two large masses so it might just be one is on a nerve.
Thanks 😊

Hi I have endo and although I don't quite have the restless legs you describe, I do suffer from leg aches/cramps during certain times in my cycle which I believe is part of the endo symptoms. I hope you can find some remedies at your gp appointment.
i had this problem but I was taking naproxen as my pain killer. Naproxen depletes certain minerals from your body especially magnesium (my GP explained this) so I started to take a magnesium supplement and within a week it had gone. 2 years laster I have stopped the naproxen and take regular magnesium, I've never had it again. Might be worth a try, appatenty low magnesium can often cause restless legs.
hi,
Yes I have always had this problem of restless leg and endometriosis since I was young. For me it also got much better with a magnesium plus vitamin b6 supplement which I take religiously before bed!
I have this problem with my legs few days before my period, can't even sleep. Never occurred to me taking my daily magnesium at night, will definitely try x
