I have stage 4 endo and I’m awaiting my second surgery with a bowel and bladder specialist. In the past 2 months I’ve experienced severed sickness and diarrhoea abereaging every 7-10 days and it typically lasts 3 days.
Anyone had this? An on call dr tried to tell me it could be down to anxiety today 😢

It could be a lot of things, anxiety is one of them. I am not sure if it will be endo related, but I think you should be getting investigated, that sounds quite unpleasant and debilitating. Have you been referred anywhere, had bloods checked, stool sample sent off etc? I think your GP should be pursuing this.
I’m under a new specialist who is planning my next surgery for next year with a bowel and bladder specialist, I had a mri in October to help him plan the surgery but not had the results back for that yet. He put me on hrt in October too and I think it’s that causing the sickness and diarrhoea personally l. They said the next step is zoledax injections leading up to the surgery 🤷🏻♀️
That is good that you have a clear plan for the surgery but I am guessing it is some way off if you have not started Zoladex yet. Can you get them to change/ adjust the HRT though and see if that helps your symptoms, and/ or look at other causes for the sickness and diarrhoea? That is very frequent and it just dismiss it as anxiety seems wrong to me. Hope things work out.
